will be awesome if it happens. It’s high time politicians leave the sports sector entirely for pple who re well experienced in that field

Ex internationals like olofinjana, emenalo, oliseh, kanu, tijani, eguavoen etc should be the ones manning positions in the nff not politicians who know nothing with regards to that sector
Do you think Okocha can do it cuz Daniel Amokachie was a special assistant on sport to Buhari and nothing special happened.

so we are playing a total of 10matches in this qualifiers, omo its gonna be a long ride to 2026, if we can win our first 6games🤣(which is a huge task oo) then we should be smelling the world cup closer, now the question is who are we starting against and down to the 6th game..abeg we need fixtures so we can start our winning probabilities with a possible calculator 🤣…omo its gonna be shame if we fai to qualify again sha🥺…we just need to qualify from the group, i just checked the other qualifying alternatives which is via play off omo that thing na real stress ooo🤣🤣..from qualifiers to mini-tournament(caf) then to another mini tournament Fifa level, then final face to face before your can qualify…that one na stress dieeee🤮

Egypt, Cameroon, Morocco and Algeria have tough groups in their hands.

Mali in the last group (group I) would have been satisfied with their group but unfortunately, they have one big nightmare which is Ghana.

Many here are wary of SA but the team I tip to make things difficult for the super eagles is Rohr’s Benin 🇧🇯

Him sabi our team well so e no go easy at all

Rohr doesn't know our team. I said it.
It is our players that know Rohr very well.
I know Gernot Rohr's tactics like the back of my hand.

Defeating Rohr should be very simple. I am not exaggerating.

The only mountain standing in the way of the SE qualifying this time will be the NFF, that loudmouthed spokesman, and maybe, just maybe, a terrible, archaic coach.

Anything else, the way the draws table was set, that's how it will end. Benin may pull a surprise on SA anyway. Chukw better use this opportunity to score goals and rediscover his shine in GWG.

No it won't be. Jay Jay will likely be a terrible administrator. Hope you're aware he was given same role in delta state at some point, story is he left cause he couldn't do the work. It's why you'll notice he has next to nothing to do with football development in whatever role but have decided to stick with brand promotion and punditry.

Don't get me wrong, I like the idea of ex international managing sports, but it should be those who have learnt how to and have the penchant for administration (Like Olofinjana). Alternatively, look for a CEO of any top business, or a young guy in tech known for innovation and let them handle sports.

just get a good administrator, he/she will do a fantastic job

never said that rohr is pep or Jose but that he knows our team very well of which 90% of the current super eagles players played under him when he was in charge

That’s my only worry
Rohr won’t do anything other than park bus and look for counter, we just have to take our chances when we play them

Such a pity that Dele had to go through all that and at such a young age. I pray he finds his healing.

History disagrees with you. Just winning out home matches won't suffice. We have to win everything or we'll repeat history.

This is an exact replica of the 2006 World Cup qualifiers. We played 19 games and coincidentally also had Rwanda and Zimbabwe in our group then. Nigeria won 6 games, drew 3 games and lost just 1. On paper that should have been sufficient to qualify but a motivated Angola did ahead of us.

We have to approach each game seriously and make sure we win. An other turnout is setting ourselves up for failure.

I was only saying we have been having problems with our home matches of late but doing well playing away, that if we can fix the problem at home, then we are good.
