Have you followed the team enough to arrive at this conclusion?

We played Canada twice last year in front of their home fans. We had a depleted squad and the girls played the first game a few hours after they arrived. In their jetlagged state we lost 2-0. Mind you we didn't concede the first half. We had a few days of rest before the second game. Again, with a depleted squad we almost beat Canada. They equalised a few minutes to the end of the game. We have a much better squad now so the game is 50-50 in my opinion.

The new Zealand we beat 3-0 just a few months ago defeated Norway today. A

My point is, despite the issues we've had with preparation, don't count the girls out.
I agree with most of what you said. Except that you called Onome a girl!! Na tour aunty o!!

* That Daga almost missed the world cup
because of his Nigerian passport issue, but
Was issued one at the last minute

* That several players where imposed on
But he choose the best leg across the

* That during the goal keeper's trainers

Every time I have seen him on SE Jersey, he has represented well. I.e vs athletico Madrid and vs Guinea bissau. Mind you, statistically CM might not have the best assist/goal record and can dictate games. I.e Xavi

Not just on the negative side but on the positive as well.

Some sort of reactive behavior was happening here for months. Some didn't like him because they felt others "overrated" him while some liked him because they felt others "underrated" him. The like and the hate were being fuelled by each other.

So you see one set of always wishing him failure while another set made him their god.

One thing I find difficult to understand is wishing any Nigerian player failure. Yes some guys might have been overhyped and yes it is irritating, but why wish anyone bad?

Lol. The funny thing is after showing them facts that Nwakali was one of the best in the Segunda, some still believed he will not be able to secure a good move. That kind market easy to sell na as an agent.
