Who is this Francis Momoh boy that scored a hat trick for Grass Hoppers in the Swiss top flight this past weekend?

The creative midfield department in the centre.
The two centre backs : not quite convincing
The goal keepers

Peseiro to me is just acting like a politician & giving politically correct speeches since he became super eagles boss.
Doesn’t seem like he’s made any tangible improvement or input since Eguavon

Nations cup will expose these weaknesses particularly in the knockout stages.
Forget the group stage

He didn’t even properly try out non starters at inconsequential games.

On paper these teams are ready
Senegal, Egypt, Morocco, Cameroun, Algeria, Tunisia are favorites.
No Salah’s last chance to win Afcon
Goalie issues not resolved for over two years

Is Uzoho the best goalie Nigeria has or the administrators don’t just care and choose to settle with mediocrity
Nigerians as always are waiting for magic to happen
For a Sunday mba type of player to come out of nowhere to deliver when we aren’t properly prepared for the tournament

Why not try Nwabili. At least the South African league is arguably better than the NPFL. They have some of their best players in that league, plus it's a well organized league. If he is starting there consistently, then he has to be good enough compared to what we have been parading. Remember goalkeeper Emmanuel Daniel went there, and could not make it.. lol

Modified
See photo. Solace Chukwu seems to have answered my question in Obasogie

Hmmm. I doubt they'll want to go that far when we have actual safe hands back home. The goalies are doing great. But they seem divided over Obasogie, the journos. I wish the way they were found was similar to Enyeama's. But even clubs are so poor in preparation for these continental tournaments that you have no hope of their progress and they don't disappoint. Let's see anyway. My crux is still allowing Uzoho start. That is a bigger problem to me.

Looks like some Journos really have beef with Mikel from his playing days over refusal to grant interviews to Naija Journos.

Mazzarri-Napoli again. Well, they are going with someone who knows the league and has an idea about the team.

Osimhen gets to work with the manager who made Edinson Cavani and Ezequiel Lavezzi phenomenal hitmen.

Apologies for not being around much these past weeks. Been truly engaged with so much hence my little engagements with the thread lately.

If anyone noticed, for the past couple of weeks, I haven't shown up even for weekend games here. But for the Players awards, I will make myself available. Gonna have to force a schedule in for it.

Pardon the late reply.

Welcome on board Nerdy...

However, I'd still very much like to have you on board sir. Please consider it.

Y not adopt a 3 man committee?

I believe the more people are in the committee, the more opinion and ideas we can come up with.
Thankfully,I think we are almost set now

First time I watched Obasogie was during Bendel Insurance CAF confederation qualifier against this North African team I can't remember. He was really good... Bendel Insurance have one of the best defensive unit in the league since last season so he must really be a solid keeper...

It is actually a plain statement. Osimhen gets to work with a manager who helped groom some great strikers. Finito.

Perhaps for next edition,
you should ask for those who would want to be among the committee to first indicate interest.
Then we can vote for those who has indicated interest,
the top 5 most voted can join you and Icons, the permanent members.

Better still,
7 of u on this edition can become permanent members going forward, whoever that might notbe available for whatever reason may let u know and can be replaced.

This will save a lot of time i believe.

Who is really the best in the NPFL?

Amas deserves his selection. His team didn't lose a match until the Super 6 last season. Then he went to the continent and got that Algerian scalp in the pk shootout.
