Igoh Ogbu plays for Slavia Prague, a young, talented and highly rated CB

Akor Adams plays for Montepellier in the French ligue 1. Joined the club last summer from Norwagian club Lillestrom
Where are all the defenders, midfielders & goalies.

There has been 11 goals of the tournament in my reckoning so far. More than half being Screamers.

Super Eagles, abeg join the list tomorrow. Let's see screamers too. Please. We know you can do it.
Who saw that RVP World Cup goal replica? Omo!! Var shapali had sense and allowed it stand. Mauritania i think. I love the goals in this Afcon. Especially those with sleek, fast buildup.

It's good to establish the facts and the framework for any potential transfer. Then your make an informed decision.

With regards to the bold, tell me just one of any of our players that can get into Manchester city right now โ‰๏ธ

It's almost an honour of achievement to get on to the bench of city ,that's how hard it is to get there.

Tell me any of our players that's playing for Real Madrid, City , Liverpool, Barcelona, Bayern, that's sitting on the bench please ๐Ÿฅบ and I've said he is poor quality, not ambitious, terrible, etc please just one not two .โ‰๏ธโ‰๏ธ

Kalvin is on ยฃ130k a week and contracted to Manchester city. You think City will sell him to any of their direct rivals both domestic league and Champions, and if they do they will want good money ๐Ÿค‘.โ‰๏ธโ‰๏ธโ‰๏ธ

You misunderstood my post, but I don't want to let this drag so I'll just let it go ๐Ÿ˜„

The standards at this AFCON are pretty high.

One can understand why our world cup qualifiers are tough even with the expanded groups.

Nacho looks like the player to produce a sublime strike in this squad.

Aina too. Looks too unlikely for Iwobi. Dunno why he hates doing so lately. Caf should just maintain the standard abeg. In coming years, I'll gleefully be among those that laugh at those that give AFCON football that physical tag as foremost identity.

If it is JUST #25,000 then no need to beg for it cuz your word JUST signified that you don't value money, nobody will help a man begging for money and still showing pride.

Remove that JUST

TheGoodJoe:

Due to concerns raised due to the absence of our Smart and favourite Doctor, TheSuperNerd, I reached out to him and this is the reply he sent me.

Good morning My Top top man, TheGoodJoe

I agree it is unexpected that I will miss out on the afcon drama but trust me, I have been keenly following our every game and also keeping tabs on the other teams in the midst of my very tight schedule this period.

I am actually locked in a lot of office work for now and prepping for my residency. So I am super occupied. But I will be back.

At least Peseiro decided to borrow a leaf from our critique and play a 3 man midfield that also had the midfield sultan, Alhassan. I was delighted with our plays in the first game but miffed with our profligacy. The second game, we showed immense tactical defensive discipline to beat the Hosts. I am happy so far but we need more from Osimhen and from the midfield. Thank God we have Alhassan... I can't wait to see him come back for the third game. He is everything I envisioned he will be in GWG. Imagine Kelechi Nwakali in this team. OMG.

So please... Tell the guys, I will join them late. They should kindly bear with me. Even on Twitter, I have not have the chance. It is my schedule at the moment.

Thanks for checking up My Top Man. You are always a brother. My greetings to you and your family and to our NL sports family.

cc: Kog45
Hallelujah....pls tell him to just say hi to the thread even if na emoji.

Thanks....TheGoodJoe

Guys, thumbs up to Motsepe guy has brought African football forward to the 21st century.

Excellent facilities, the kind we used to see only in SA and North Africa.

Improved level of competition.

Excellent broadcast quality and above all, superb officiating both from refrees and the VAR officials.

The Congolese are a very good side. They are teaching the Moroccans real African soccer with beautiful skills , ball control and superior strength.

They are my favourite. This Congolese team is very good

This AFCON will be very tricky. in the past I was able to predict the eventual winners after the group stage.

Iโ€™m very wary even of teams that qualify among the best 3rd placed teams from their group.
