ThunderFireAgba:
The 2nd lineup is somewhat better cos of the chances we have been missing in the tournament.
Iheanacho now gets to step in behind Osimhen as the SS. He will be the joker as this setup is for tactical attacking football for: re-bounds, spilled catches, zip play with the wingers(were he has excelled greatly with his one-touch gimmicks), coordinated passes in the midfield also.

The midfield doesn't need much on this setup is a one quick transition from the defence to the wingers.
I chose Burno Onyemachi over Sanusi cos of his discipline on the ball.
Bassey moves back to pair Ekong.

Formation is 4-2-3-1.
Remove Onyeka for Iwobi.

Olise will not fit in Algeria culture
Daninya33:
8 players have decided to retire from the Algerian national team.

Michael Olise should not forget to pitch his tent with them ASAP.

Four more games to go.

Nigeria vs Cameroon
Nigeria vs Angola
Nigeria vs Cape Verde
Nigeria vs Senegal
Brother have you properly checked this thing
Sure this doesn’t look like Morocco in the Semifinals undecided

We would play Morocco or Cape Verde in the semifinals

The match will be tough. Zambia will be playing against two teams, CIV and Morocco.

Akor Adams 2 goals 1 assist off the bench.

Same league goals as Osimhen.

Turns 24 next week.

Quiet and steady.

I'll prefer CIV doesn't make it past this round so that they don't pick up form in subsequent stages.

If Osimhen isn't present that's a different case. Putting a highly notorious goal poacher Osimhen on the bench in a crucial game is not a wise call.

That guy keeps defenders on their toes and causes them to commit errors that leads to goals. His movement and presence also draws their attention to himself which is a leeway for our wingers to cause damage

If the wingers were doing well I'm sure our goals return wouldn't have been this bad.

Goal paocher with just one goal

I don't know how to tell you guys this
During AFCON an unexpected player most times steal the show
Like Amunike in 1994
Osaze in 2004
Sunday Mba in 2013

You give all your players chance to prove themselves you never can tell who the lucky one is

I will remind you guys when Nigeria leaves the tournament

Yea for 1 hour
Boy aint effective
We have to try others to see what they can offer
Moffi hasn’t even been tried in this tournament
How’d anybody know Equitorial Guinea striker would be Afcon top scorer at the moment. Someone who plays as right back in lower tier division
Moffi should be given his chance
The match be like extra time thing

Leave this people to them oshimen is Yekini and Aghahowa combined. He does no wrong even when he misses the midfielders will be blamed.

He is the only potent striker in Nigeria that can keep defenders in their toes, he has all round play and he is a poacher with just 1 goal

It is even good Orban or Akor Adams were not called because na bench they go for dey.

If there is any match we need to play 343 it is the game against the Cameroonians.

We need to cut off their crosses from the wings and defend corner kicks with everything we have. They have little to no creativity in the middle.

However, they press a lot and are full of energy cos of this I would replace Ajayi with Omeruo

We have to press their defence and get an early goal like

Simon, Lookman and Osimhen will cause them a lot of problems.
