I will not forgive NIGERIA if we miss out on another world cup. I am taking this very personal, because for once I will have the opportunity to be at the stadium watching them without breaking sweat.

in SE conversation yekini still has more claim than osimhen. 13 afcon goals, 37 goals and an afcon trophy. All these give him more ranking than osimhen who has 1 afcon goal, 23 goals and no afcon trophy. The serie a golden boot is nice but yekini's achievement are nicer. On the good side he is still young so within 3 yrs he should hold one or two of the records above but for now yekini is the SE's goal champion.
Nice point and I totally agree with you.

Na wetin player play for eagles be Koko.....oya rate Samson Siasia or Daniel Amokachie VS Ikpeba
Dan the bull any day but for injury that was a player Nigeria didn’t get all that was in him.

He and amunike gave the national team an X factor we may never see again. The Italians had to take both players out in their quest to progress in the 94 World Cup

I'll take Jpes back if he wants a redemption arc, he's still one coach who showed tactical flexibility like we saw during the AFCON and I feel he would have done well in the next round of the WCQ with the momentum he had running in the AFCON.

The other foreign coaches we should try get are the Niger republic coach (I liked how well drilled Niger republic looked under him), Allou Cisse is also available, the former Cameroon coach Antonio Conceicao recently expressed his desire to coach the team...
if he can build up and maintain on his afcon tactics, it would be nice. Having a nice defensive structure while creating the most chances in the afcon was nice to watch and it will be good to experience that again altho I'm not hanging my hopes on the nff doing anything tangible on our coach situation before the March qualifiers start

Rashford to follow Osimhen? Can this swap happen in January?

Agent George Gardi has claimed that he will be able to take Man Utd attacker Marcus Rashford to Galatasaray.

“I can bring Rashford,” Fanatik claims he has told Galatasaray officials.

While this may sound like a far-fetched claim, Gardi is the man who masterminded the deals that have brought Mauro Icardi and Victor Osimhen to the Turkish club, so he does have history when it comes to pulling off the seemingly impossible.

If we are talking best player based on only games with Super Eagles, I won't argue. However, best Super Eagles players in various positions, their club roles are also important.

Just like when we talk of how Mikel is a Super Eagles legend, we also celebrate his Chelsea. But strictly Super Eagles, then Yekini goes.
their club roles are important yes.. in this case we will only consider any striker greater than yekini if that player has won
-Afcon as our striker(with awesome showings)
-Won AFPOTY
-Ballon d’or
-Won the World cup or put up awesome display to get to knockout stage as our striker
-won UCL(club football) still a super eagles striker
we are not not going to dethrone yekini who has a height record of 37 goals for super eagles with a player who has just won only a league trophy. No No!
Osimhen is our ijaya for now but he has only equaled yekini record of APOTY…
Mikel you mention was able to Win
-Afcon
-UCL
-Played at 2FIFA world cup and also playing at the knockout stage…

Otto Addo keeps his job, refused to resign and GFA couldn't fire him. He signed 3 years contract, almost $50k per month salary. Hope our local coaches could learn from this, not to accept anything NFF throw at them, just because they want to coach super Eagles.

Let your contract protect your job.

Coach elyte89, hope you are talking to your lawyer to take note..lol

B4 I can believe any engagement with a foreign coach, nff body must have secured a private company that is ready to foot the bills,if not na sakamanje ..besides ,do u think a foreign coach dt knows what is doing ,will accept our usual 50k dollars monthly payment? Knowing fully well we re at a disadvantaged position and we re desperate to qualify. He would negotiate on his own terms ..more reason y dis mid coaches are walking out on a slightest disagreement during contract negotiation.
