The first one was a tight call but the second one was just a ridiculous call by that linesman

These are not marginal offside calls... I can understand referees can get that wrong..

In both cases, the players were well behind the line of defence.. You can not even pretend it was offside.

See, this thing happens season after season. It is not going to get better until we take a serious look at officiating.

One of the reasons, we are not doing well in Africa is the fact that the winner of the league is not the best team.. Most teams just win at home and lose away.

You can not win away if the referees keep giving questionable calls.

10s of thousands of arsenal fans disagree with this your analysis. Funny enough, most of them that insulted and vilified Iwobi were the very ones saying that he would have made a difference cos of his dribbles which Welbeck the heck, couldn't offer. Pls we know that most of the players on the pitch were very tired. only a foolish coach would leave a tired Ronaldo or Messi on the pitch in the name of that they would still make a big chance at winning.
