Its like the u20 coach has dropped IGOH OGBU. But the guy is decent. Had a good pairing with OZORNWOFOR in central defence at the last u20 afcon. Though the boy is based in Sweden.

Samu listed in the flying eagles 31-man provisional squad. so i guess that settles it, he's going for the U-21 world cup and not nations cup

The coach didn't deem it fit to cap Akande. Very predictable coach.

He doesn't want anyone to see his flaws peradventure the lad performs.

Our coaches are the main causes of our regression in football.

We could have gone far to produce world talent that could win us the world cup.

smiles .... Nigeria coaches are corrupt.
forget it pls

Stop being judgemental. That he didn't feature him didn't mean the coach is corrupt. That boy is very young (15 years or so) & doesn't looked like someone with the physical trait to play in this afcon. The coach watched them all in training. What did Habib achieved in the 2013 set despite all the hype about him? Our opponents are not small boys o! The team just need little finetuning, back up the full backs, bring in attacking players with finnesse & ability to technically hit the ball at goal. Most of these boys just use raw power to balloon the ball at goal.Especially that No.7 & Ubani's constant waste of freekicks. Always jumping up to hit the ball at goal. Poor technique.

I do not expect much from this team from what we saw..this is why i have this unshakable belief that Chukwueze will be to this team what Messi is to Barcelona....in him we will have something to cheer in u20..

I don't think Samu should join this team, they will just spoil his value.

my pikin is finally back

Nigeria
Ebuehi’s AFCON Hopes Boosted After Training For The First Time In Eight Months, Could Go On Loan
The chances of the Benfica right back Tyronne Ebuehi making the squad of the Super Eagles of Nigeria for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations received a huge boost two days back, Owngoalnigeria.com reports.
Ebuehi joined Benfica in the summer on a free transfer from Dutch side ADO Den Haag after impressing for Nigeria at the World Cup in Russia but an injury picked up in pre season has kept him out of the team.
Following a successful surgery and rehabilitation, the 23 year old trained with the rest of the Benfica squad for the first time two days back and shared his joy with a post on his social media handle.
Coach of the Nigerian team Gernot Rohr said last week that he will send a fitness coach to work with the right full back to help improve and also gauge his fitness level before deciding on including him in his AFCON squad.
While he continue to push for his first official game, leaks picked up by Owngoalnigeria.com editorial team has it that he could be sent on loan before the start of next season to a club where he is certain to get playing team to help his fitness level return to it’s best.

The club of the elder Benett refused to release him.

Without playing up to 5 liga games.

I remember when the news came up that barca wanted to sign ighalo, i said it here that he would only be a stop-gap rotation piece to rest key players and wouldn't see up to 10games. At the time, I knew that was what barca where in the market for.

On here, I was labelled a hater.
Well, the ighalo deal didn't materialize and kpb was the alternative. News flash: he hasn't and won't play up to 10games. Colour me surprised!
