Mickael2:

Has Solanke regressed? The Ibe that first burst into the scene did he not regress very well before he left Liverpool? What about Markovic? Getting game time IS NOT the same as developing. Robertson was already a top performer before Liverpool signed him, who is his replacement at 'pool? Arnold has seen himself on the bench a lot of times this season, if they had a better RB he would have lost his spot since.

Now down to Samu. Let's say Pool vs Burnley and he is subbed in and he has a stinker(every young player has that), then the next game against Norwich, Ox is subbed in and he assists two goals, that automatically moves Samu down the pecking order. Before he gets back up there again, Sturridge, Origi and Ox would have all had stinkers of their own and that will take a while to happen, so effectively he may see 5mins every now and then, he may still end up making 20-30 apps that won't sum up to 300mins a season, will that help him develop? Some weeks he will have to play U23 football
U made a lot of mistake.getting game time and development work hand in hand.one can't forsake the other.
u said Robertson was a top performer b4 Liverpool signed him .both of us know u lied
u said if we had someone better than arnold.the serious mistake u are making is u have forgotten that players are developed to be the best in their position.chuks have the chance now . even if he doesn't become a stater ,he will definitely be world class
ur last paragraph is hilarious.do sturidge ,origi and ox play the same wing.for ur information, sturidge contract is ending now.origi is competing with Brewster and firminho not chuks , meaning the only competition chuks may have will be ox and Salah was shaqiri might leave for the deal to make sense..
klopp doesn't sign players to keep on bench.it is a fact
if sholanke had a chance ,origi was given a chance, then chukwueze definitely deserve a chance.

ur first sentence is actually funny.only an idiot will think dat solanke career has not regressed

Thank God Chukwueze and Osimhen(if still eligible) didn'tgo with this team.

I don't think I've seen a team as clueless as this.

We had absolutely no game plan or whatsoever. What is the point of taking over aged players if you're going to get embarrassed??
USA should've scored more sef. Our attack is just plain blunt. I expect nothing from these guys against Ukraine.

If you want to Really Really laugh, just read the last 3 pages....I haven't seen such general Lamentation before..
infact it's the first time on the thread I'm seeing a general agreement on a football topic here.....No single objection....

Nigerians are disappointed, and this should serve as an opportunity for the authorities to do the right thing.... field truly young u20's and 17's for our age grade competitions...it's impossible to say we can't find talented 20 years old boys in 9ja....naaah that's not possible..."Dem dey collect money, so make Dem work"

Nigerians are a footballing Nation...we can't accept these...

The coach needs to be brought out in public and flogged for fielding over age cheats and still lose. It's like going to exams with expo and helps but still fail, this is moronic

Suleiman Abdullahi scored for Union Berlin in the first leg of the play-off final against Stuttgart

In the second leg..he hit the bar twice...and was substituted after 80 minutes

Union Berlin won by superior away goal rule..the first leg ended 2-2
No goal in the second leg.. Another Nigeria in the Bundesliga 1

I think this the root Nigerians should go in the Bundesliga Okocha did it and succeeded..Jonathan too..Ujah has gone down and came up

Ojigwe did not shine..
Osimhen was loaned out

I havent seen where a team will be shooting aimlessly like headless chicken, no sense of awareness, you want to shoot and u will let everyone know u want to shoot and making it obvious for the keeper to know where u r aiming at... God forbid.

Bashiru may appear to be the brightest because we are yet to see him (Ofoborh) play. A single player, can turn the tides.

This is the worst under 20 team I've ever seen.
Worse than the John Obu team of 2011...
No single stand out player!
That goal keeper annoys me most, old, tall, and senseless.
And to think Paul Aigbogun had all the time and resources to select a proper u20 team and prepare !!
He chose to fill the team with old men who ain't even supposed to footballers in the first instance
Shame! Shame!! Shame!!!

It was politics that got Aigbogun the job.

Pinnick former Warri Wolves chairman
Aigbogun former Warri Wolves coach.

Even with all the money Delta state government pumped into the club Aigbogun was still useless
