No way, he will play for Cameroon. The French will pull out all stops to make sure, he plays for them.

I felt the Camerounians will leverage on their Confederations cup qualification to lure him. Anyway, it's obvious France will pull all stunts to cap him. They haven't gotten over the loss of Aubameyang to Gabon.

In fact I watch d game and was like no be Chidera be number 70? The darker Dude that was stocky was the DM. Number 70 was a support attacker and that was Chidera...

You're right on the money.

hope the FG gives him the freedom to repay his south African loyalist by voting the Madagascar guy

No. He played as a support striker not as a DM. The black guy on Jersey number 91 was the DM not Chidera. Chidera wore no70 Jersey, he was the most advanced player in the lead up to their first goal ...
Its a case of mistaken identity on your part, probably you had them mixed up because of their identical skin colour.

Chidera came on in the 81st minute o!!

He was not even in the game for the first goal... Where did you see Chidera on the field for the first goal??

There is no mistake. He is number 70 and ran up front for their second goal but there is no way, he played support striker.

I am watching it right now with Chidera in the middle. The other black guy upfront is number 90..

Chidera Ezeh in the DM position

Two pictures show Chidera's Positioning.

Note the black guy in the middle, you can easily tell, it is him

You can also see the other dark guy upfront..

I don't get it. You think Mbappe is not all that good but you gave him a standing ovation when he was subbed off? Come on, you have to be consistent.
Am struggling to reconcile those 2 sentences.

Mbappe is good for a promising talent. An eighteen year old with the capability of doing great things. However, he is not yet a phenomenon or merit the Ronaldo hype I used to read. For an eighteen year old, applaud for fight, taking his chance he got and determination.

Monaco conceded 5 away, same with barca 4 away but Monaco and barca conceded just 1 goal at home unlike man city

That home away tag do not add up. Conceding is not the criteria to judge a team but the progress in the process they are working on. There are a lot of things going right at City. It was a tough tie against a very good side. We did not take our chances and Monaco did.

Reports in Spain suggest Deniz Aytekin may be removed from Champions League duty after making controversial calls in a 6-1 thriller at Camp Nou

The man at the centre of Barcelona’s remarkable comeback against Paris Saint-Germain, Deniz Aytekin, may have taken charge of his last Champions League game this season, according to Marca.

The German referee made a controversial late call at Camp Nou on Wednesday which allowed Barca to complete their stunning 6-1 fightback.

As for me, those two penalty calls were too wrong and I do not blame anyone who accuses the referee of premeditated bias.

the ref had a very poor game, was influenced by the antics of barca players.

What stream did you watch? Obviously it couldn't have been the one you posted. Chidera Eze started that game. He was on the pitch when they scored the first goal on the 3rd minute.
Infact, he ran up to the goal scorer to celebrate with him.

Screengrab of Ezeh about to come in... Look at the time..

Also see details on livescore.com.. 81 minute.

Looks like, you are confusing teams, Benfica scored two goals first before Portimonense scored one.

You're stressing yourself unnecessarily. Nobody said he is the best player in the world. Nobody said he's as good as Ronaldo De Lima. We are just excited to watch a potential serious world class player and probably a multi balon d'or winner unfold right before our eyes. Confidently I can say he can get to the threshold of winning these accolades because he is proving to be better than some of those compared to him at the same age.

I think it is the other way around. My point from day one of this Mbappe talk has not changed. I made it simple, he is not as good as a young Ronaldo de Lima. If you agree, what is the problem.

As for multiple Ballon d'Or, it will take more than talent. He will need to have discipline and Hardwork. He is a promising potential and I wish him the best.

I do not break my head too much for immediate results but I look at the long term process. When it comes to playing the game, we are on the right track. With time, the results will come.
