SA aren't bad tactics-wise in my opinion. They're good at those quick interchange of short passes that opens up defences. Maybe what they lack is a good finisher.

The southies can beat Egypt.
- first of all, the right squad!/ Team wasn't chosen
- our footballer of the year, Lorch is yet to be given game time
_ our coach seemingly doesn't have plan B also substitutes late
- Tau, our consistent goalscorer is being played wide
- our team seems to be playing with fear and don't look comfortable at all

You guys should stop all this talks about Egypt when you haven't played Cameroon.

What is wrong with all of you?... You are sidelined Cameroon like they don't exist yet focusing on Egypt.

Did France '98 teach you guys anything? ...

Have we been particularly impressive at this tournament?

Have we been scoring goals?

Have we been breaking down defences?

Have we been playing scintillating football?

What's wrong with y'all?

You guys should be come down to earth and analyze each game as it comes.

The fact that the tournament took place this year means he is eligible. He was 17 on May.

Omeruo was the best player in the group.

You think Leicester paid 30 million for Ayoze Perez to compete with Gray and Barnes?

Perez was bought as Vardy substitute and If Vardy retires Leicester will pay 50-60 million for a replacement so forget your dreams and face reality
Are you a board member of Leicester city?

you are right, but we haven't seen that kind of play in the tournament, it's mostly this drab defensive football, and bro the tactics from this coach are bad

Well, your style is still far more attractive than ours, though I agree both are very conservative.

for me the main reason you guys haven't really had a good AFCON is because percy tau hasn't played well. from watching you guys during the qualifiers it seems your tactics are be solid defensively then give the ball to tau

Basically Perez was bought to replace Iheanacho

An SS, CF, RW, LW for another

Brendan Rodgers said he sees Iheanacho as a number 9 and in direct competition with Vardy. Ayoze Perez is coming into the starting line up with Vardy also in the line up. While Nacho is to play when Vardy is not playing.

Will Rodgers in some games choose to play Perez ahead of Nacho? That is his tactical choice and possible. But, Rodgers does not see Nacho or Vardy to play any other role but top 9.

Finito.

Perez main position is SS, Iheanacho main position is SS

In a 4-3-3 Iheanacho comes in for Vardy, Now Perez is in Iheanacho goes further down in that equation

Understood?

Brendan Rodgers equally pointed out the inflexible nature of Iheanacho but believes a “diamond” formation might make room for his inclusion.

“I think he’s a great talent but he’s a number nine. He’s not one who can play on the sides or come in."

This is my problem with Iheanacho leaving Brendan Rodgers now. He is a great talent and a fantastic taker of good chances. However, the modern game requires a lot of flexibility. Nacho needs to bend his head and soak in a lot of message to fit in to other roles. For now he needs to wait for his chance but keep working hard on learning and adapting to Rodgers.

This will make him a better player than running off to Pellegrini to shine with goals.

we might be playing the shittiest football in the tournament but Egypt is not Brazil. When you say we are " incapable" you make it seem the Egyptians are Superhuman when this is the weakest Egyptian team I've seen in a long time. I don't see us winning tomorrow but it's also not impossible beating Egypt

Seriously, I dont rate Egypt. They look so ordinary to me, even with Salah. Though, naturally, I dont wish SA prevails, just to humble their deluded fans, buh, deep inside of me, I strongly believe SA can defeat Egypt with the crop of players u have now. Ur quick inter-change of passes mesmerise ur opponents, If u guys could be more creative and lethal, then watch Egypt fall.
