Against South Africa, after ekong's goal akwa ibom governor said this is a goal made in akwa ibom for Nigeria.

Now against Algeria, what will he say

The Algerians simple closed the spaces on the right wing. Making it difficult for Chukwueze to operate.

Truth be told, we have been second best all game. Our players are not comfortable. Something needs to change at half time.

Naija guys are under pressure. Misplaced passes and miscontrolled balls.

Chukwueze has been caged.

I wonder why ❓ When I called him the weakest link some who should know better called me HATER and biased and prejudiced.

This is game for intelligent and capable players.

Awaziem lacks PACE in the last game I said he played a very intelligent game and some couldn't see that he used wisdom to cover hus handicaps. He is now going to panic on the 1 to 1 because of lack of pace.

Collins for me is Athletic and fast but not intelligent.

My preference for the two wing back position would have been Simon and Aina.

We are yet to find RHYTHM we will eventually l just hope Awaziem doesn't get a yellow before we do.

Our Defence is VERY WEAK on set plays and balls behind and in the air. Ekong hmmmm

Defence have been weak

Agreed

They know our weaknesses.

The second week link after Awaziem is Collins, how many times have our full backs been roasted.

That's why I preferred Simon one word PACE.

The have now effectively cut off the supply to Musa and Chukwueze. Teams has no cohesion we are playing on individual brilliance off the cuff.

Is Ighalo cursed to not win headers up front?? What sort of brainfart is going on at the back too..

You can only win a header from a quality ball.

We have wingers who shockingly cannot cross the ball

No sentiments. Algeria have dominated this game... They have effectively cut off supplies to Chukwueze and Musa and firing long balls at Awazeim...

Oh boy! they did their homework on us .
With Ighalo upfront it may be difficult for us to get back into the game...

but then . there's still 45 mins left

It's difficult to win tournaments without a solid defence and a keeper!

Yes Algeria are better than us but the better team doesn't always win. We still have a chance albeit slim. Next 45 minutes to change the tide if we could.

Before the afcon started, I categorically stated that the super eagles and the Golden eaglets will be playing in the finals of the competitions they will be participating in. Algeria isn't going to stop us.

Algeria will play into our hands.

Quote me if we fail to do so.

oga u be nigerian now, don't play the i told u cArd now. Let's all hope for the best ogether.

It's constructive criticism and the multiplier effect of poor selection.

I thought Collins was fast and he could use speed to compensate for lack of football intelligence.

He has lost all his 1 to 1 that causes our CB's to get jittery and then maker errors.

The question is what will ROHR do about it now.

Oga stop the sentiments . our wingers aren't the only ones crossing the ball.. A lot of long balls have been played from defence.. Ighalo is simply poor with aerial balls. U don't see d long balls being hurled at Musa?
