With roughly a month to go before the qualifiers for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations, The Ivorian Football Federation & their head coach Ibrahim Kamara have mutually agreed to part ways.

He’d been in that position since 2018.

Good news for them..
Now, they have the opportunity to appoint a better coach.. A coach that can harness the potential of that squad of theirs...

I even gave u an easy question and u failed. Till he dies Immobile will not be better than Ronaldo.

Immobile is not better than Ronaldo. will probably not even lace his boots. But like i said in my reply then, this season so far?

unless you're being sentimental is when you'd pick Ronaldo ahead of Immobile. Or perhaps, you're using your perception of Ronaldo against perception of Immobile.

Immobile has a 77 goal per minute ratio as against Ronaldo's 88
Immobile has 26 goals this season as against Ronaldo's 20
Immobile has 1.08 goal per game ratio as against Ronaldo's 1.00
Immobile has 29 goals in all competitions this season as against Ronaldo's 24

Oga sir, if both of them are relatively unknowm players, there's no way you'd pick Ronaldo ahead of Immobile lai lai. Like i said, you're using Ronaldo's potential to compare Immobile, and we all know, that's a fight of elephant and an ant. immobile will never be as good as Ronaldo, doesn't mean Immobile has not been better than Ronaldo this season.

I ask you again, if these were stats of 2 unknown players, who would you pick? undecided

They are not unknown players. Your analogy might work for the NPFL where games are not broadcasted but serie A is there for all to see. If u watch both players it is clear that Ronaldo is better.

Ronaldo is clearly better. That's not an argument. It's a fact!

The question is, has Ronaldo been better all season?

I think there’s something wrong with this Ikorodu Kendrick Lamar. How can someone be so sure and hell bent that a 21 year old Osimhen will not best drogba records in the future? Man if you have the crystal ball with you there, go ahead and tell us what will happen in the future since you have already seen it all.

Guy you just dey talk trash. Why he no fit reach Drogba level, someone already doing more than what Drogba did at 21 and yet you are saying he can’t reach his level, na just pure hatred you get for the guy
kendrick93:

Both of those players are/were world class...
doesn't matter what they did at 21.
can osimhen reach the levels a Drogba reached?
He will be lucky to have half the status drogba attained

Seriously though - Bonaventure Dennis needs to stop being selfish.
Little things like this is what cost teams in tournaments. He isn't playing for a big club... At least try and not create animosity with your teammate(Tau).
WE saw how Salah selfishness almost cause wahala between him and Mane.
Ambition is not bad but he needs to chill out.

I get what you mean but there's this belief that all strikers need to be selfish which I disagree with. There's nothing wrong in aiming for personal glory but when that becomes a main priority, placed over teamwork and team growth, then that becomes a problem. Firmino is a striker I'm so much in love with because of his selflessness and dedication to team work and I hope to see more strikers like that play at the top level.

Firmino is an attacking midfielder playing as a striker

If Firmino na real number 9, I think he will be selfish

Halland indeed is frightening, however in the game against psg, osihmen would have also scored at least 2 goals in the match... Osi would score the first halland goal, maybe he woudnt attempt the shot but there was 1 chance halland missed and I think osi would have done better...

What I'm saying is with the d way Dortmund are set up, osihmen will regularly score if not more, but same as halland...

Osihmen is 4th on the ligue 1 scoring chart, trailing both MBAPPE, a football Superstar and world cup winner blah blah and NEYMAR, Brazil Golden Boy, some might argue 3rd best player after Ronaldo and Messi... if osihmen is trailing these guys with not more than 5 goals or so, while apparently playing for Lille, then he must be one hell of a player...you definitely will not try compare Lille to Dortmund, don't even mention psg...

Forget that I'm a fan im genuinely happy he is playing for the super Eagles, at all at all if we dont have anything we have a striker. i don't know if i should add this but why do you think people didn't really cared if Tammy Abraham played for us, on this thread a lot we're more concerned about tomori, not Tammy, why?
.

You are just making speculations. It's like saying Ronaldo and Messi would not have achieved that much in football if not for the teams they have played for, which is actually true but that is the nature of soccer, you need luck and a good team as well.
Soccer is all about your actual performance at the end of the day. Osimhen has done very well but the truth is Haaland has performed better in the here and now.
