I am also very happy that Kingsley Ehizibue has finally been invited. Our defense will never be the same again. If we can add up Ejaria Ovie, Bukayo Saka and Kingsley Zirkzee, the SE will be the most dreaded team in the world. No more place for mediocrity in the Super Eagles. Everyone must fight for his place.
to be honest i doubt we will get zirkzee and saka which is the reason i comot mind for their matter until they prove me wrong.

yes ejike has been better this season but you know sometimes is hard to drop a player who has done well in the national team just like that. look at Balogun that has been out of the team he gets some playing time sharp sharp he's back in the squad. Ejike's time will come

Playing 2 games and no impact abi?

Someone has been poor this season and suddenly he played 2 games and you want him to be invited because of that

Why was nacho dropped ?

Kalu hasnt even done quarter of what nacho has done

If moses simon was the one in kalu shoes i know the nonsense most of you would have been saying.

it depends.... even then Rohr kept in nacho up to an extent not until he was now a perpetual bench warmer in club level

same thing for Onauchu he got other invitations not because he proved so spectacular in GwG but that singular goal against Egypt earn him several call ups...

rohr is the kind of coach...that can be easily impressed with by your performance on the pitch when you get your chance and first impression matters to him alot

so for Kalu
firstly, the goal scored against Benin was of recent the last two matches played

secondly, he plays for Rohr traditional club Bordeaux

lastly, Dude is back on his feet like reported here he played the last two matches for his club

so you see both cases are different

So this is the situation.

Talks are ongoing with several players.

Adarabioyo, looks very positive and could be invited soon. He doesn't need a switch.

Uduokhai, has given a conditional acceptance. Fingers crossed.

Akpoguma also looks good, he could be switching soon.

Overall, this time next year. We could have a few CB options.

Ejaria switch is already underway too. He should be an eagle before year end.

Talks have also started with Saka and Zirkzee but those players might be harder to get.

Sound list but if one is given room to criticize, I would only raise dust on Shehu Abdullahi only.

On Samuel kalu, I think Rohr is only trusting on the devil you know to be by far better than the Angel you don't know knowledge

Ahmed Musa is the captain and a beneficiary of the northern quota alongside Shehu Abdullahi.

So, in the end, there's no room for criticism with respect to the list above

The list is becoming endless.

Or don't you think so?

Wouldn't that cause the Coach a selection headache?

Forget egypt goal, dont make it look like onauchu have not always been doing well for his club, at least if dem invite onauchi tomorrow we go check am and say e dey play well for him club

Back to which feet? what did he do in the past 2 games he played?

19 match 1 goal 1 assist is very poor sir

Good to know. But honestly, the only player we really need to switch right now (emphasis really need) is Ebere Eze. The other players, including Tomori can stay and wait to eternity. This Super Eagles team, if we retain Gernot Rohr, would be ready to take on the world by summer 2022. Mark my words!

Forgiveness believes Kingsley is better than Ebuehi. I'd be watching to see how true it is.

Actually no, there might be 1 or 2 more joining in the summer with any luck.

Rohr was in Germany this last weekend and spoke to most of the German boys.

Nothing new on Eze.
