Fuel scarcity is estimated to have created thousands of jobs, there's virtually no expressway in lagos now that you wouldn't see guys with different colors of fuel selling in white kegs at exorbitant prices and funny enough they zap quickly once you put it inside your generator etc
Still wondering if this could be a deliberate job creation policy?

This is exactly what I expect from our government on our resources, put your resource out of reach to the thieves and save your time and resources that you should have used in trying to recover it.

In a nutshell, prevention is better than cure.
