You are very correct sir. The answer is 2-3-1. Reasons: 2 should go first because, the road sign at its junction says "you can either go straight or make a right turn". .According to the diagram, 2 is to go straight. He owns the road in this case. 3 should go second but must yield for 2 to go(first) straight cos 2 owns the road. 1 should go last cos there is a "yield" sign at its junction. He must allow 3 proceed (to make a left turn)before he enters the highway. 2 also needs to make sure there isn't oncoming vehicle before he enters based on the yield sign at its junction victichy: |

The order in which the cars go depends on the traffic laws of the country. This could be anywhere in the world. Assuming this situation is in Nigeria, the 'highway code' (a mandatory handbook for all drivers, produced by the FRSC) states that at an intersection, give way to traffic on the LEFT. That implies 2-1-3 is the correct order in Nigeria. |
