This is to inform the Nasarawa State INDIGENE Students studying in Higher Institutions of learning, within the Country, that His Excellency, Governor, Umaru Tanko Al-Makura has approved the commencement of the bursary screening exercise for the 2014/2015 academic session. Interested and qualified Students are to obtain ONLINE APPLICATION SCRATCH CARD at the cost of FOUR HUNDRED NAIRA (N400.00) at the following designated Banks. - Skye Bank Branches of Lafia, keffi and Mararraba. - Unity Bank Akwanga and - Eco Bank Nasarawa The obtaining of the ONLINE APPLICATION SCRATCH CARD and filling of the ONLINE APPLICATION FORM shall begin on 04th April 2016 and end on 18th April 2016. HOW TO APPLY a. Log onto www.nasarawastatescholarshipboar d.org.ng b. Click on REGISTER NOW c. Enter the PIN and the SERIAL Numbers on the scratch card you purchased d. Attach your passport (140 by 200 size, using JPEG format) e. Enter required personal and academic details f. Cross check your information g. Submit or send completed form and thereafter print a copy for the purpose of screening h. Attach used scratched card to the printed form for screening. STUDENTS SHOULD PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: 1. This exercise is for the 2014/2015 academic session which could not be conducted last year because of some exigencies 2. Only students whose admission letters read 2014/2015 are therefore eligible to apply 3. Only 2014/2015 April and November batches of the Nigerian Law School students are eligible to apply 4. Students that benefited previously don’t have to apply again but can only come for screening on defined dates 5. Students whose TA’AL ATM XPLORER CARDS were missing are to pay N1000.00 for new ones since the Government pays only once for a student. 6. The 2015/2016 Bursary exercises shall begin immediately after this exercise. The Bursary exercise covers the following programmes: (i) Undergraduate programmes (ii) Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes (iii) National Diploma (ND) programmes (iv) National Certificate of Education (NCE) (v) Health and technology Programmes (vi) Nigerian Law School programme (vii) Nigerian College of Aviation Technology (viii) Maritime and Seafarers programmes |
