I don't think that's possible except by Vision 2020. I didn't even know it has gone worse to N175 per dollar for Payoneer ATM withdrawal whereas I'm still pleading with someone to collect N235.

I don't think it has got this worse, bro. What bank offered such a rate? Any proof? The lowest I have seen is about N183 and that conversion rate is with the $3.15 standard ATM withdrawal fee included. Zenith usually paid about N187 when I was using machines.

I think it should. In fact, they will likely be happy to accept the card. I never had problem while using ATM. But why would you want your money converted at a measly rate of about N193? I wouldn't accept that - not at a time like this.
