"I met this woman today towards the evening on my way out I just couldn't pull my self together. Seeing this child in this condition . so I summoned the courage to meet the mother and have a chat with her. Hmmm, I was moved to tears when she narrated her ordeal. In my mind I kept on saying I wish I had millions to fly this little one out for surgery. According to the child's mother the ailment started when the child was one year and three months. She said all they had has been spent on treatment leaving the family with nothing. Now the doctors say it's cancer of the eye and if both eyes are not removed it will spread to other part of the body. She said she cries all day seeing the child in pain. Hoping a miracle will happen. I asked for her permission to post this online. As a way to show support and through that Nigerian's could help her out and she obliged. Pls and pls friends help me share this on your wall or in anyway she could b assisted, in fact am speechless, forgive my typos I summon courage putting this here because I was just weak i have never had a one on one encounter.
