They're so not smart. They added 009 to an MTN Number to make it look like a special number. lol. Adding 009 to any Nigeria Cell number, with our dialing code 234, doens't stop the cell phone from ringing. |

only my bank can de-activate my ATM card and not CBN....Any bank information that doesn't show the account number associated with an ATM card is a scam.. |
