President Muhammadu Buhari since assuming office in May 2015 has travelled to many countries in search of economic relations and also attracting foreign investors into the country in order to boost the economy.
Recently, the President has sojourned to China for one week official assignment leaving the 2016 Budget unsigned.

I suggest you do a study of bilateral agreements signed during such visits and the relevance or otherwise of such agreements. That is the way we can conclude that his trips are wasteful or rewarding.
