Aba need to transport raw materials from Lagos and also use the same route to export their finished product. So also is Onitsha.
Now tell me what this coastal road stands to gain when it crosses owerri with respect to the industrialization plan of the FG. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

If you must build the rail, just make it from Calabar - Asaba. Then we shall support it! .
