Yet they cancel Lagos-Calabar train project. I once spent 2 days travelling from lagos to calabar.

That is not even an underground train.( we call it metro or subway ) looking from the interior Chinese subway train and from the most common ones I've taken in Beijing, Shanghai , Nanjing, all are face me and face you. Looking from the picture they are on the bus and peeping from the window sides , you can see standing buses outside.
