The issue is that Saraki failed the disclosure test for public servants both for offshore as well as onshore assets. The law says if he is found guilty he will be removed from his post and banned from future political office.

Madam, national assembly has the higher power constitutionally when it comes to issue of passing bills into acts(laws).
