Ever since I had unprotected sex with this gal, am feeling remorseful all dis while....seen some negative changes in my body ranging from weight loss, depression..at first taught I hv contracted some sought of sexual,went 4 a test six weeks after came out negative.
But still feels something is wrong with me...i now look emaciated....
What do u guys suggests I do to conquer dis great devastating period

Positive thinking. see this as a lesson for life, forgive yourself, thank God for making you come out without HIV and move on.

ur thoughts are playing tricks on u, I'll suggest u go for the test again after 6 months and see if it's still clean, then after which u clear ur mind off it and protect ur "life" wen digging a hole next time with a stranger

Why would you just feel moody and depressed after having unprotected sex with her?...I am guessing she's either a runs girl, a prostitute or a lady you just met and there wasn't any form of resistance from her or "shakara" when you asked for sex....You are losing weight because you feel she might have infected you with the virus and you are "really" thinking about it...what you need to do is to stop worrying about this, go for the test in a few months time and just be optimistic....60 percent of guys have had this same experience. Its not really a big deal...
