They say, "A picture speaks a thousand words". Why don't you post pictures of the general area and research what kind of developments and infrastructure that are in planning stages or being developed. Are there any shopping centers/Malls? Are there good schools going up in the area? Access to beach fronts etc, Just saying there is Land available alone doesn't quite cut it in today's competitive world. You may need to take a trip to Alausa to arm yourself with information that could assist your sales. Goodluck.

*Methodist High school
*and so many more, we have up to 20 Good secondary schools around this Axis and up 30 good nursery and primary school.
