There's no replacement for natural justice.
Natural and equitable justice says that a man has the right to reap where he sows, be it one acre of land cultivated with rice, wheat, yam, or palm tree. If the same acre is blessed with oil, gold, silver, or even water for fishing, the same man has the right to "harvest" them too.
