Ur a right in one way .... That's the postponement might still continue but u might be wrong saying they will change state becoz those that didn't pay online, nysc need to re send another fresh Cul to them which might be stressful for nysc #justsayinthou

If they eventually fix orientation for June hence we are Technically Batch B 2016.They have tactically reverted to 3 batches. Another batch comes Oct/Nov. My Observation tho.
