When you encounter these heartless imbeciles, the safest and quickest way to save other unsuspecting members of the public is to report to the service provide . In this case, call mtn customer care on 180 and report the number. I assure you that within hours of investigation, the number will be blocked.

this is becoming funny daily. ...one called me last week wednesday and was forming familiarity that did exist between us,asking me if I would like to transfer to University of Berkeley to further my medical career..I was shocked!

He seemed to know me a bit but I was sure I did not know any George from Adam. He seemed abit fraudulent,then I decided to engage him..He promised to introduce me to a charity organisation that would help pay 40% of my expenses..
He told me I would need to send #100,000 to start with or come over to Lagos for physical transaction..

I just started laughing as I asked him if he thought I was a dumb kid to fall for his stupidity..I shouted on him to get a life as I ended the phone call..He kept sending texts but I ignored them all

I later on realised the idiot studied and copied my profile from my facebook page. I blocked him immediately and deleted my number from my facebook profile at once!

Let me use this chance to bring to light this phone number claiming it's my bank's service number: 0813-283-8461 stating my BVN pin has been reset and I should call customer service on 0816-458-0295 to set a new pin. After laughing for near 20 minutes because I've no active bank account I insulted his whole generation via text message. Other nairalanders should take note of these numbers and beware before they fall victim.

Just did a truecaller search on the numbers to try locating their real information. I see people've already marked them as spam. The cowards bought the lines intentionally for scam purposes; one can tell because no name is attached to them. Would report the numbers straight to mtn later today to ensure they get blocked.

The barger also once tried my number, and many of my ex colleagues obviously got hold of our call cards and trying his scam, i wasted his credit after raising his hope that i will deal then i dropped the bombshell and told him am very familiar with his scam, he immediately dropped the call. A very quick one, you get a flash from this spammig number (+9607585321) and u call back, thinking its a kinda int'l number you missed embarassed

what u get is an hall back of ecstatic fantasies and moaning from some murda fu**ing erotica porn stars while your airtime is been scooped off in a whooping sum angry

hoping to get a feedback from the recipient when saying "Hello...Hello" don't be deceived, its a big fraud, except you wanna keep enjoying from those ecstasies wink

Here's something you can also do. Play along with the scamer and ask him to give you his bank details so you can transfer whatever fund he asks for. You can then take this to the police for them to trail and nab him. There's a scamer am currently on his case, once I get this details, I will show it to the police.

I also did recieve a call from a female, she said she is a representative of energy commision a subsidiary of mtn. They are in for a survey, and that my number was picked as one of the top 20 subcribers.

She wants to come to my place at obigbo, but she dont have the particular address. I just told her am not in town now and she replied ok and ended the call.
