if she wasn't part of the re run election then she is a member already and doesn't need another swear in. Only those that was sacked by the court are not fully member until their reelection.

The nonsense being done in south south is appalling. The lady is the only APC elected member who won through the court. The RVSHA has refused to swear her in since last year. The same thing is happening in bayelsa. 3 members of opposition parties duly elected are yet to be sworn in for no reason. The speaker and 2 other pdp lawmakers who lost through the courts and got reelected in rerun have been sworn in while those who won in April last year have not been sworn in on the instruction of the governor.

Not true!
She's the APC candidate of PH Constituency 1 in the last election. She lost 2 PDP but the tribunal & appeal court upturned the election and returned her. But b4 being sworn in, she started acting as a member already.
Besides, she was the HOS member in the last administration.

By disrupt proceedings I mean hinder the house from having sessions. She wrote 2 The Judiciary 2 and Security Agencies 2 prevent the HOA from seating, claiming dat the house doesn't form a quorum as a result of annulment of election of some members.

She was never sworn-in, so she aint a member already. She won at the tribunal against the PDP candidate who I guess was originally declared as winner (not so sure though).
