OP you don enter toyota one chance.

You might have been sold a defective car in the beginning.

You not knowing what the real problem and you went ahead with the expensive transplant without a second opinion.

There might not be an easy way to fix this without proper diagnosis no guessing

Ohh, didn't look at the date

With the person who changed axle part it is possible the car lost transmission fluid while pulling axle so your solenoid is not working right

Good day guys, I have an highlander 2004 model that I have been having issue with on the gearbox. The initial problem started when the gear was put into drive and the car would jack before it moves, at times it will take a long time before it moves and when it does, it jacks forcefully. My mechanic suggested then that the gear box was faulty and we decided to change it. The new one that was bought had same problem and was having oil leak, it also was having issue changing while accelerating. Any help would be grateful

Hello here. Pls my camry 2007 has work satisfactorily until recently that it won't move on acceleration no matter how much I rev. Scanning showed p0746 and 2 other codes. opening the gearbox filter revealed metal partic les and other dirts. My auto guy soaked, washed and replace transmission fluid using toyota WS. But d problem persists. Is there anything else I could do or I would only have to replace the gearbox

I'm currently having the same problem on my Camry 07. When it gets hot it stops selecting. Filer and oil has been changed and when the sump was opened there where no particles or dirt just black/burnt oil. People have saying there's no guarantee on a new gearbox cos it could also be a repaired one. Wahala dey ooo

I presently purchased a rx330. It came with a converted 10pin gearbox. I'm having 2 issues with the gear presently.
Firstly the Auxiliary makes noise and I've put oil many times but it still makes noise. I also changed it and still makes noise.
Secondly, Whenever the car Changes gear from 3 to 4 it takes like 3seconds before it finally engage. I have changed the Fiboid few times and Rewire have also confirmed there is no issue with the Gear wiring. Please what could be the Cause.
Note I have previously removed the Gear for full inspection but was told the Gear had no issue.
