I know the boys in question, the true story is that one of the said boys went to the church improperly dressed. He was asked to go home and change into a better cloth. He refused. His father who also is a commited member of the church, came out and gave him transport fare to go home and change into a better cloth.The boy feeling embarrassed went home and came back with his other brother with axe and dagger . They waited after the church service for the gate to opened and attacked the usher . Before they were over powered by the church securities. They were taken to police and charged to court. But after apologizing openly to church and with the help of their father( who is also a good member of the church) . The church decided to withdraw the case against them on the grounds they have repented and have promised to turn a new leaf!!!
The church general overseer
emphasized that , " these boys can be important people in life, They can repent to be great men of God or great achievers in the future , the devil only wants to ruin their lives. And I won't let that happen since they have apologized . Prison isn't the best option !!! ""

I believe every religion has a standard and code of conduct in order to maintain descipline among them. Christians are supposed to be like christ in their mode of dressing and moral life. If a church has established a code of conduct that is in accordance to the bible teachings I believe any civilised person is suppose to abide by the rules of the chuch if he must worship under the church as these will help in maintaining sanity and descipline among the members. So I don't think dressing decently can cost any civilised person anything.

As an eye witness, the incident did not happen as reported here. The fact is that the two boys (between 16 and 20 years) were refused entry into the church premises because they were dressing and behaving like cultists.They went and brought dangerous weapons to attack the church ushers but they were overpowered by the ushers, who were about 15 in number, and none of the ushers was injured by the boys. The Police were invited by the church and the boys were immediately arrested. They were eventually charged to court. The PM news should give accurate reports, please.

One thing in Nigerian media is they love to forget the substance and chase or pursue shadow. Which one be this kind news dropped here? Media kills the truth and keeps the lies. The good thing be say, they were overpowered by the ushers and no person was wounded, so I no understand how dem say person was injured. The reporter of PM news just gave a false report of the whole incident . As an eye witness no body was injured. The Church (Living Christ Mission) don't entertain indecent dressing which the two boys are aware. So coming to Church in such dressing,the Usher of the Church stopped them and while trying to talk to them they became violent with weapon. Which gave the Usher no other choice than to disarm and hand them over to Police. And the boys never disrupt the Church service.

Am now being serious. Every institution has code of conduct and if you chose not to abide, why are you even associated with them. Who enters a mosque sans barefoot? In the same vein different churches have different rules which if you are not ready to keep, you have the right to find the one that suits your person.
