Cool, no exercise this morning, lil muscle pains from that of yesterday's. no brkfast, had late meal last nyt am tryna balance
Will workout this evening to makeup for it

It's cool to take a day or two off in a week if u feel pains.
But am going all in in this. Pain or no pain am not ready to loose a day this month. Remain strong grin

Good morning puffynana, I use this 60cl nestle bottle water. I fill them and refridgerate.
100cl is eauivalent to I litre
So depending on how many bottles of it I drink I convert to Litre and post
I don't drink water much so its mostly during eating or exercise I drink one of it

Nice idea.
So most times you drink like 4 bottles, u really don't drink much water.

The last time I checked which was in February, I was 60kg.
@Pic,. I think I looked slimmer than you when I was 70kg. Maybe it's because I'm practically boobless.

Or you probably had more muscle weight
So what steps did you take to get down to 60.

I was trying to watch my weight and then I had typhoid and went down to 57.

I don't really have a choice over Wat I eat. U can see the meals are almost d same always.
I know fruits are very essential and am just planning on how to change my diet totally and include fruits .
Being reading about counting calories do u av any ideas on that?

You have taken sounds good steps:
1.Cutting out soft drinks, biscuits, cakes, etc.
2. Cut out ALL sugar and unnecessary fat from my diet.
3. Cut out red meat consumption, replace with fish.
5. Eating healthy and not starve.
6. Eat more fruit and vegetables.
7. Give an update of my food log and excercise

I'm interested on your journey.

Pele I do experience that atimes, I guess its probably due to sore feet or body pains. Why don't you take some day off as rest day. Cheers

Thanks. I guess as much too. Thinking of taking the weekend as rest days not concluded yet though
