I don't time it, but I get close to 20mins for 800 skips, the 20mins includes resting and drinking water.

Updated this morning
Was just thinking about the girl in the other thread. She claims 100 skips in 45sec rest for 15secs.then start over. Amounting to 3000 skips in 30mins(rest time included) and she does that 3 times daily. If that is possible it's a real challenge

Yea I saw the thread, I tried 100skips in 1 min. It was really tiring, so I ve bn taking it slowly

Tried it this morning. Targeted 100 in 45secs and 15secs rest. Got to 500 skips in 6mins 30sec. Being wondering how she kept up. Maybe cos am not fit

as at last sunday a lil above 1kg, have not checked since then
You welcome to join, but don't be so eager to see changes so quickly so you won't loose motivation. Its a gradual process, slow and steady I do say. Cheers

ok. As of now I weigh 86kg height 5ft7.
Looking to lose 15kg.
