Certain modern day habits can reduce the quantity and quality of sperm, making it hard to conceive. Here are 6 habits you need to avoid for keeping sperm healthy:

1. Carrying Phone in Front Pocket

Recent studies show that the closer your phone is to your pelvis, higher the chances of damaging sperm health. Its better to use the back pocket or a bag to carry your phone.

2. Stress

This affects several body functions, reproductive health being one of them. Studies show that stressed out men have a high rate of abnormally shaped sperm, which creates mobility issues.

3. Smoking

There have been several studies that support the fact that, the sooner one quits smoking, the sooner his system will develop healthy sperm.
