Truth is, you were kidnapped not necessarily because you visited etche LGA, as kidnapping is not peculiar to that locality alone, but primarily because you failed to take precautionary measures to avert what bedeviled you.

I served in etche LGA of Rivers State.it is filled with such news. its linked to Imo State Ngor okpala and some how to Aba. In fact, my fellow corpers where attacked in the Eze's Compound. My friend buried he Wife there and was kidnapped immediately after the burial.Lets be careful.
