That looks more like the flyover under construction at greater Port Harcourt around Igwuruta and Airport . Rumuokoro does not have the space and greenery.

Which wike did wat? Wike that hasnt been able to pay civil servants salaries. Owing some ministries feb- April, some March and April. None has been paid April, even after his promise of paying them on tuesday 3rd may. That guy is there to loot.
