Arrival of tiles and Turkish made door for the main entrance

Royal tiles endorsed by NIOB ( The Nigerian Institute of Building) Builder body.
Builders handle building production and maintenance

We are using best hard wood for 1st floor door frame .. full gauge size .. not those cheap hard wood you see out there.
-Well seasoned for about 3 months
-Full gauge size ..50mm *460mm thick
- No termite can play with the frame
- No wood effects can act on it

The frame only cost 25k

Tiling with carara wall tiles is in progress
Nigeria made tiles was approved for this project.

We are introducing wall permanent shelve on each bathroom

Here is the toilet door sample, we did this about 4year ago. It’s here on this thread ( for the back apartment) Now 60k,

The entrance one is 300k I will post the pics once done.

Yes it will last test of time.
But you can’t compare Nigeria tiles with spanish or Italian, those European tiles are beta but more costly

Means 1 part of cement to 4 part of sand.

How do I mean
Any thing you used to measure will be in this form
people usually used head pan or paint bucket here .

1/2 bag of cement equal to 1 head pan or paint bucket ( big type)

Practical : 1/2 bag cement to 4 head pan or bucket.
Hope this is clear enough.

I think with time Nigerian till manufacturers will start improve the quality of their tile, I remember when Nigerian musical video were craps, now the quality can compete with those we termed real quality.
Innovation is the key.
