I have a unique issue.

I can sign in my MIUI account on device, but when i try to access i.mi.com it logs in fine, but the sections are locked.

it then asks me to login/verify.

But i cannot receive the verification code. i have no idea why because i used to receive verification code just fine, but i suspect it may be because i've done number porting a few times on that line


does anyone have an idea on how i can solve this issue?


i've tried changing the associated number but mehn, longest thing o. plus there's one part you have to take picture like mugshot with ID like u be criminal and na only chinese addresses/id options dey....

If you use glo, then it's surely a network issue. Just make sure you don't exceed the number of otp request attempts. I can't remember the number now

Find a way to add the glo Number to your miui profile. If possible, remove the mtn Number. Then see if you can get the code.

Some new mtn sims don't receive otp even bank own sef.

You need to remove the screen of the present device, and buy the same number stamped on the 9790...... The screens are not universal ........
