OK boss. Boss, is there a way one can speed up the appealing. Is it necessary to speak with their cc?
I hear you can fast track it by speaking to their customer care.
From the app--> Menu--> Customer Service---> Select your problem then Live Chat.

Aliexpress doesn't accept PayPal sef

Thanks bro. So what could be wrong with my transactions? Could it be thag it's because the card is an Australian card ordering for items to Nigeria, hence the red flag about the possibility of it being stolen? Each time I click appeal page, it brings error. I chatted with one of their Customer Care agents and he confirmed that they don't accept MasterCard debit. I'll take it as he doesn't know what he was saying.
Please what is the way forward or should I just go ahead and reorder?

I believe it's because of the Australian card, in fact it should be, I had similar experience last year when trying to order for a phone from Geekbuying using a South African PayPal account. Transaction was declined and had to wait for about a week for Paypal to refund. Maybe similar issue is affecting your Australian card.
