Redmi 5 Plus (China) = Redmi Note 5 (India)

Same thing with this phone Redmi Note 5A Prime = Redmi Y1

For this group, the Chinese variant naming is what is used. So how do we educate them, because I seen it repeatedly happening that newbies asked or get confused with namings in China and India.
