No lags in games for me o. I play the games on my with ease. However i think the gpu has a threshold o. It didn't handle nba2k18 at high settings.
Battery is ok for me, could easily last a day on a single charge, depending on usage.
Overheating is not among it
Just one more thing.... It holds more task in the background than the sd 625.....
It's sleeker, and could be used with one hand.

The Sd625 gives about same amount of lag as Helio P23 processor. MTK stepped up with the P60 tho. Reviewers say it runs cooler than SD636. Also faster and more efficient for gamers.
MTK is doing to snapdragon and Kirin what Xiaomi is doing to Samsung and Huawei with their Pocophone.

I get you but with the use of modern materials I doubt they'll ever look cheap. See the patterns on the Pocophone for instance or the Kevlar back cover, it was until i read that it was made of polycarbonate materials else i prolly wouldn't be able to tell the difference.
