Not advisable unless you want him to be stuck with Chinese ROM forever. He should get the note 5 3/32gb since it will fit his budget.

For those that dont see any need for eu adapter plugs

The logic is simple

China version phones comes with usa adapter style chargers,eu adapters are needed to make it suitable for our sockets and extension boxes.

While global version phones comes with euro adapter style,which is why uk adapters are added to such orders.

So make your research well befor disregarding the use of items added as freebies

Great device if u ask me, currently available, payment on delivery available, next day delivery.... Battery is ok, camera good enough, infact it is a good device for wat its worth.
