The band 3 battery is something else, mine last for a week.

You see why i asked what phone ur using? With Xiaomi u don't need to install any app. . Most features on u need on an android phone comes by default on Xiaomi.

Smart watch is different from Smart band.

I for one cannot wear a smart watch or any watch coz i'm allergic to metal.
