I will go with a man in uniform if need be.
I'm sure I won't pay any custom duty if it comes up
If I understand you clearly, you will go to the post office accompanied by a "man in uniform" . If your package is marked for custom duties, you will compel the post office personnel to release the package to you without you paying the custom duty. The "man in uniform" who accompanied you will ensure that they cooperate because offcourse he is a man in uniform.

Somebody please advice this fellow.

Guys, let's discuss custom
Are d customs now charging for items brought in via Aliexpress?

Also, I ordered for a phone 4days ago and still processing and I want to change d address it will be sent to, can I do that?

Customs do charge for items but not on all items. If it's a phone you stand a 50/50 chance of being charged (depends on your luck).

turning out better than expected actually, i don't really miss rn5 grin, zui can be annoying with things like notification though, you have to enable this manually. That's the only thing i don't like about it. Ba3 life is on par with rn5, to me, even better. Camera is also great. I haven't been able to unlock bootloader though

This na one argument wey people need to understand. Whether you wan root or not, it's always good to leave bootloader unlocked just in case
Exactly, but if the phone falls into the wrong hand with phone tech skills, it makes it easy for them

Na the lack of development part I still dey consider now cry The Redmi Note 5 is better in that aspect, no competition at all.

Press and hold the power button for a long time.

You might need to disconnect and reconnect the battery
I have done both sir, it's just blinking the red sensor light when connected to charger but won't vibrate or start.

But what is it with all these Chinese OEMs and aggressive power management sef! The consequences on ram management can be seriously annoying at times.
I feel there should be one big important switch, where you are allowed to either stay with the default settings from factory or withdraw entirely from it.
And yes I know of the MiUi optimization switch in developer settings and the battery settings, I haven't seen much different between on-ing and off-ing anything.

Hello, I mistakenly sub for glo blackberry package instead of andriod package. Any help will be appreciated.
You have two options:

*Call Customer Care to revert
and
*Change (tweak) your phone IMEI to Blackberry IMEI.

God will bless you abundantly for this, most people think unlocking of bootloader and flashing of a custom recovery is only for tweaking enthusiasts, no, a custom recovery's got your back any day. Whenever i have a software ish, i don't even bother to flash my phone, i just restore my twrp backup and that's the end of it.

KINDLY PREACH THE GOSPEL SIR.... UNLOCKING OF BOOTLOADER AND FLASHING OF TWRP FOR THE WIN
