Since it was 5,5k, I expected him to have calmed the other guy down that it'll arrive...while you were also expected to give update as to the delay. As the other guy said up there, na communication spoil show. It's all good. Me sef don learn from this one. |

E con be like say i dey scope the guy say i don divert the battery, and na small boy, e con be like say i chop the guy money, as he said earlier, this is not the 1st time of transacting, but even that last time sef, we get unsettled business, i bought 2 32GB memory card from him earlier this year, he sent 1 32GB memory card and another 4GB,instead of 2 32GB memory card, i sent the 4GB memory card back to him via nipost, in expectation of him sending back the other 32GB memory card later, he told me the 4GB memory card i sent to him didn't get to him till today, we are still on the matter, he hasn't refunded the deficit from the 32GB/4GB memory card deal. vanchi:you're missing out the point. Read my first post on ds. I condemned the renege on delivery promise & d inadequate communication but does 11/11 have anything to do with ds? If the answer means taking sides, then it's a pity. Read 2. of the post you quoted too and if being explicit is anything to go by, I repeat, he has a valid case and every reason to be annoyed. Seller broke contract agreement without proper info given to d buyer but does 11/11 stuffs' inclusion have anything to do with this deal, given that he didn't even pay in November sef. Protein0: 1.A careful perusal of the content of the mesage shows that reference was made to 11/11 on the ground that i wanted to place the order for the battery during the 11/11 period, but since i felt there was someone here in Nigeria whom i could easily get it from, i decided not to place the order, considering how lengthy shipping can be during 11/11 2. If you read the content of my message it was stated that we still have unfinished business that wasn't a subject of controversy and we're both looking for a means to perfect the transaction. 3. What got me frustrated was the lack of communication and explanation, whilst having it in mind that the guy i wanted to help get the battery is like a kid bro to me, since he wasn't giving any explanation. There was nothing to tell the boy whenever he asks me howfar. 4. If it was my personal transaction, there wouldn't have been this issue, but since it was with a 3rd party who needed the battery urgently., there's already a breach of contract and in any case of breach of contract. Rescission is always an option. 5.Repairpalng and I are cool, we'll still transact in the future. Thanks and God bless. THANKS FOR YOUR CONCERN BOSS |
