Maybe you also didn't get me enough.. PayPal is just like your normal GTWorld App where you can just send money from your account to other people once you have their account number . But in the case of PayPal, you only need the recipient email to send money.

PayPal is payment processing platform but it is not fully functional in Nigeria. You can't receive payments through PayPal in Nigeria but you can send/pay via PayPal in Nigeria

There is nothing like PayPal number, he must have meant PayPal email... But if the seller still wants to refund you via PayPal, just create a UK or US PayPal then send the email to him.

Once he makes the payment, you can use the fund to buy airtime for recharge.com since na small refund.

I'm a seller too on fiverr.com and I know how critical a single dispute can damage your credibility. You are actually a very nice person; somebody like GrandMufti won't think twice before opening the dispute ... NO OFFENSE O

Please just go with what I suggested so you can favor the seller a little... If you don't know how to go about the PayPal ish, I can create time and post the steps here on this thread

Clearly this 10.2 MIUI update has plenty bugs. Since updating, I notice occasionally, my screen gestures freezing or becoming non functional. I'd have to lock the screen and unlock for the gentures to come alive again. Also, atimes when I swipe to go to home screen it takes me straight to recently used apps. Battery live seems unaffected though, still amazing.
