Nokia 6 is on android one, RN7 is on Miui 9 and Realme 2 pro was on ColourOS. What is the optimization there? Afterall everything Nokia 6 can do, Realme 2 pro can also do it?

optimization will be from app makers.....when sd450 first came out,sd430 was better than it....now more apps and games have been optimized for the 450 that's why its better now.....so will happen for the 612 .....I understand ya pain..but 612 is still ahead of 512 bro....
