Who knows if and when Xiaomi will bring their old phones to Nigeria, I want to purchase the Redmi Note 5ai here in Lagos.

Downloaded one yesterday from xda, I'm yet to fully test it. But it's working well, front and back cam.

Later I'd test other features.

Bro I'm using Redmi 7, 3by32. I can say it anyday anytime that Redmi 7 can justify the price compare to other brand. Nothing like application crash or that. The display is fantastic, bar3 is wow I can go two days without charging. With that 47k Kudos to Xiaomi for this lovely Gadget.


The battery is a beast.

The phone is perfect and amazing, it's really offering true value for money.

I'm enjoying every bit of it.

Seriously I don't know the full meaning of Gcam not to even talk of it's functionality. I'm not the camera type. All i want is durable bar3 and meaningful performance.

hmm, well I've never used a xiaomi phone but from gist around, their phones are very durable, same with Nokia phones. Well personally, I'd go with Redmi 7 but x5 is Chinese version, while 5.1 is global version which is costlier whereas Redmi 7 is already global version that is available in Nigeria and its the same price as normal x5. So just go for Redmi 7

no, tasker is the most powerful scheduling app for android, its $2 on playstore but you can't get it for free on other sites. The app is mad af, you can schedule system functions like airplane mode in certain locations by certain times in a day or turn on radio when certain parameters are detected. The app is dope. But no phone comes with it by default

update: so have been contacting dhl via phone and mail, apparently, dhl sent me a mail {MADE AN ERROR IN MY EMAIL ADDRESS) notifiying me of the customs issh and for me to pay abt 6k+, the actual customs duty is about 3k, while dhl handling charges is abt 3k too, have paid the 6k+ to the dhl account and the package is now in transit to me, hopefully, would get it 2moro. the bulk of the customs charge is a 5% of item value.

btw, have you seen the specs of the new oneplus 7??, omo i cant wait for 2020, when oneplus 8 will be svsilsble, lemme ditch my OP5, the 64gb space is now too small grin
