I got tired of pasting several links a day, sometimes I get banned doing that. If you had checked previous pages at most 30 pages you will see the link there. Jboixxx compilation list of Xiaomi related questions/issues is there on his profile you will find a lot of help there as well.

Also is a refurbished g6 from d same site a better option?

Na only one major reason dey make me use Xiaomi and that's the community support, this thread being one of them although i prefer to use Google for my questions, if Google no answer then i come here.

Custom ROMs everywhere, kernels, gcam mods, etc. Can't say the same for other midrange Smartphones from other brands. grin

Before getting a phone you try to see or predict if the phone is gonna get steady support both official and unofficial.

thats why i stick with Xiaomi

You have to please your largest market.

Xiaomi owns 45% of the smartphone market in India.

Samsung lost their place in India because they were not giving Indians the specs they want for the prices they were putting on their phones.

But Transsion gives middle East and Indian people phones with better specs than their largest market.
